This morning at 3:21 we welcomed Grace Betty into the world. She was 9 lbs 6 oz and 22 inches long. Grace is just beautiful and we couldn’t be more excited to have a little girl.

Her delivery couldn’t have gone any better. I went into labor sometime around 11pm. I had been having contractions for a couple of weeks now, but this time I was sure it was real. When we got there, we met our nurse, Jodie. She was AWESOME and pregnant. I told her that I wanted to go drug free and she said “Great, you’re my kind of girl”. A big sigh of relief came over me, as I had some issues in the past when I told the staff that’s what I wanted to do. Before we knew it, it was time for her to come. I pushed for an entire 3 minutes and she was here!
