Every summer, Tyson and I go to this camp located in the northwoods of Wisconsin called Camp Nawakwa. It’s actually where we first met back in 1997 and then re-met in 2001 The last couple of years, they have had an annual event called FamilyWorks. It’s a dinner auction to raise funds to support the camp. I was asked to design all of the materials for the dinner. Here is just a sampling of some of the designs.
We set out a save-the-date postcard to spark interest.
There is also an acquisition form that goes out that the committee uses to get the items used in the live and silent auction, as well as the raffle.
Approximately 6-10 weeks before the event, we sent out the formal invitation.
In addition to the invites, I also designed a program for the night of the event, name tags and table signs.
